Creative Studio Assistant

JOB TITLE: Creative Studio Assistant

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Creative Studio Assistant, you will be responsible for a multitude of tasks within our office environment, each essential to the success of our business. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in usual business happenings, as well as with the more creative side of Monarch Iconography Studio. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     -Carry our general office operations (filing, organization of work space, computer input)

     -Prepare computer images files for upload (culling, renaming, organizing)

     -Customer service (answering phones, responding to emails and communicate with clientele)

     -Display thorough knowledge of company products and services for sale

     -Host sales appointments with clients following photo sessions

     -Place orders for company product orders

     -Merchandising

     -Light maintenance of work space and studio

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

     -21 years of age or older

     -Monday thru Friday availability

     -Reliable mode of transportation

     -Neat and kempt appearance

     -Strong interpersonal skills

     -Outspoken and willing to take initiative

     -Perceptive and detail-oriented

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

     -Bilingual preferred

     -Experience with Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop and also Microsoft Excel and Word preferred


Photo Event Customer Service Representative

JOB TITLE: Photo Event Customer Service Representative

COMPENSATION: Depending on experience

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Photo Event Customer Service Representative, you are the primary influence on customer satisfaction, a decisive player in gaining new clients and maintaining loyal ones. You will have the opportunity to gain experience within customer service, solving customer needs and fostering long-term relationships between them and our business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     -Welcome customers to photo events

     -Assist with crown control

     -Display a thorough knowledge of company products

     -Address customer questions and concerns

     -Conduct monetary and credit/debit transactions

     -Organize sample products

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

     -18 years of age or older

     -A minimum of 2 years of experience within customer service

     -Reliable mode of transportation

     -Strong interpersonal skills

     -Knowledge of and accuracy with basic mathematics

     -Comfortable with handling bills and making change

     -Focused and goal-oriented

     -Lively and sociable

     -Neat and kempt appearance

     -Variable availability (photo events are scheduled in advance to provide reasonable notice)

     -Bilingual preferred
